The bulk CBD component HydroPCRTM is Proper Dose Labs ‘ 4 percent Nano CBD or Nanoemulsion CBD. This water-soluble solution, made with Nano-Enhanced Absorption Technology (NEAT), was created to produce fully prepared-to-drink, shelf-stable drinks, and bottled water. It is produced from Broad Spectrum THC Free CBD oil, which is high in phytocannabinoids and includes significantly lower quantities of naturally occurring surfactants compared to earlier technologies. The production process uses a patent method and technology which deduces cannabinoids into 20-100 nm size nanoemulsions or droplets of nano CBD.
